Biography

Khachatur Sukiasyan ( Khach) was born on July 24, 1989, in Yerevan. From the age of eight, within the walls of the Children’s Art Center, he discovered his own unique world — a space of lines, silence, and dreams. He has participated in numerous exhibitions both in Armenia and abroad.

He studied at the Faculty of Fine Arts and Drawing at the Armenian State Pedagogical University named after Khachatur Abovyan. His years of study became not only an educational period but also a stage of deep personal formation, during which art turned into a way of life.

After moving to Saint Petersburg in 2021, Khach began creating in a style unexpected even to himself. Lines and colors began to speak a new language — one that hadn’t existed before. And what appeared on the artist’s canvas no longer repeated the past but spoke of a rebirth of identity and emotion.

Khach now lives and creates in his homeland. Armenia is present in his palette — in the simple lines of its mountains, the tenderness of its sunsets, and the pure silence of its people.
