Based in Vanadzor, Armenia, Lusine Ginosyan is an artist depicting social challenges and issues in a less serious manner. For this reason, the colors in her paintings stand in sharp contrast to the theme. Although she sometimes classifies her painting style as a combination of Pop-art and neo-expressionism, she does not confine herself to any genre. She believes that creativity requires dynamism because artistic expression is fluid and changes over time. The accomplished artist has displayed her work in international and solo exhibitions and won the First Prize by the Defense Ministry of Armenia. Now she explores the dichotomy between digital and traditional art through her works. According to Lusine contemporary art can take on an infinite number of forms while the conceptual messages it bears deserves consideration.
