Chilean-born Otto Schade embarked on his artistic journey in England in 2006 after a successful career as an urban sculptor and architect in his homeland. Influenced by surrealist giants such as Dali, Magritte, and Escher, along with contemporary visionaries like Giger and Beksiński, Otto's passion for painting flourished. Fusing his architectural background with artistic expression, Otto delved into various mediums, from oil on canvas to stencil free-hand spray paint on walls. His distinctive ribbon style, always signed with "Osch," became emblematic of his work, delivering poignant messages often addressing anti-war sentiments. Since his immersion into the local street art scene in 2009, Otto's art has garnered global recognition. He has graced prominent art festivals worldwide, including "Upfest" in Bristol, "Sand, Sea and Spray" in Blackpool, and "City of Colors" in Birmingham. Otto's artwork has been exhibited extensively across continents, from the USA to Asia and Europe, including cities like Tokyo, Miami, and Berlin, solidifying his status as an internationally acclaimed artist.
