AKNEYE's Weekly AKN DROP Campaign - Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility and Participation:
- Participation in the AKNEYE Weekly AKN DROP Campaign ("Campaign") is open to individuals who purchase NFTs.
- Each NFT purchase generates raffle tickets eligible for the current week's raffle only.
- By participating in the Campaign, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions.
2. Raffle Mechanics:
- Raffle tickets are valid exclusively for the week in which they are issued.
- Winners will be announced on the day following the conclusion of each raffle.
- Winners from any given raffle remain eligible for participation in future raffles.
3. Purchase Window:
- Raffle tickets can be purchased each week from Monday at 00:00 to Sunday at 23:59
- The raffle corresponding to the week's purchases will begin on the following Monday.
4. Acceptance of Terms:
- Participation in the Campaign constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
- AKNEYE reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or otherwise tampers with the entry process.
5. Disqualification:
- Any form of manipulation, fraud, or breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in immediate disqualification from the Campaign.
- Disqualified entrants forfeit any rights to prizes.
6. Amendments and Final Decisions:

7. Miscellaneous:
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ftNFT Art Gallery LLC is established.
- Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
